We are looking for someone who will take a central role in developing activities in Sept-Îles and on the Côte-Nord. Your mandate: be present on the ground, understand clients' issues, develop good relationships, and actively contribute to growing regional activities. This position is aimed at someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and prefers to be at the heart of the action rather than behind a desk all day. Your playground You will be responsible for: Growing a portfolio of strategic clients. Developing new business opportunities in the region. Being regularly present with clients to understand their realities and anticipate their needs. Maintaining an excellent relationship with already established partners. Representing the organization in networking activities and with regional economic players. Collaborating with project teams to facilitate the execution of mandates. Participating in monitoring the performance and profitability of regional activities. Keeping an eye on upcoming projects and new market opportunities. Becoming a reference for employees and activities related to the Sept-Îles office. The office consists of a small team mainly composed of technical professionals, while a large part of your role will take place directly with clients. You have previously worked in business development, major account management, management, or coordination in an industrial setting. You understand how large clients and industrial projects operate. You are comfortable creating your network and maintaining long-term relationships. You know how to navigate between commercial, operational, and relational issues. You possess an excellent business sense. You are autonomous, resourceful, and able to move forward without waiting for instructions. You communicate easily with people from different levels of the organization. Experience or certification in project management, particularly of the PMI/PMP type, could be interesting, though not essential.
